If someone at your table has an allergy
Every shell has almond and egg whites. Many fillings have dairy, and some have nuts, peanut, or coconut. Every flavor uses gluten-free ingredients except Biscoff cookie butter. I bake in a home kitchen, and my macaron equipment is only used for macarons, but I can't promise a gluten-free or allergen-free kitchen. Tell me when you order, and I'll tell you what works.
